This was our second time working with Marc and his team at Passport and Visa Advisors during our time as surrogacy intended parents in the US. As international parents who aren't familiar with the process, Marc and his team were excellent partners who carefully and thoughtfully guided us through the entire process. It was incredibly smooth, efficient and speedy. Marc was on-hand for all our questions and is a true expert for international intended parents navigating international surrogacy. We couldn't recommend the team more and we are very grateful for their work!

Marc was outstanding! If you are in need of a passport quickly don't walk to his office run! The process was so seamless he explained every single step. He is very knowledgeable and equally as personable. Marc gave you the option to pay a fee and do partial work or pay another fee and do none of the work and simply wait for your passport to arrive in the mail. I chose the latter and it was worth every single penny! Trust me you will not be disappointed, you won't have to carry a bunch of supporting documents, no lines and/or crowds. This was the best experience ever! Kudos to you Marc for exceeding customer's expectations!!!! Ronnie Scarboro

I had an excellent experience getting my passport through the Matthews NC office of Passport and Visa Advisors. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Marc was knowledgeable, friendly, and guided me clearly through each step. What I especially appreciated was how organized everything was—the instructions were straightforward, and all my questions were answered promptly. The turnaround time was fast, exactly as I expected, and worth the expedited fees!
I felt reassured that my application was in good hands.
I highly recommend Passport and Visa Advisors to anyone needing a passport expeditiously, and all questions answered.

I came to Passport & Visa Advisors with an urgent and somewhat complicated request. Marc calmly and confidently explained to me exactly what needed to happen and when. I was extremely impressed with his depth of knowledge. He then sent me a follow up email that included a detailed timeline and sequence of events. Marc was with me every step of the way and coached me through a very rigorous visa application that I could not have done accurately without him. I highly recommend working with Passport & Visa Advisors..

I thought Mark was where I get a passport, but this wasn't the correct place. That didn't stop Mark from assisting me for a half hour getting me the correct information. He was truly a GOD send! I can't thank him enough. Neil

The reviews lived up to the hype.
In a moment of stress for me with my situation, Marc brought me peace of mind with valuable advice and honest guidance. His services weren't applicable to my situation, but he still took the time to give me advice and direction. I'm thankful for an honest and genuine person like Marc.
